Hi! I’m Liz

I help busy women runners simplify marathon season, from fundraising to training to marathon race-day travel, so you can focus on running the miles. I’ve run 13 marathons (including four World Marathon Majors), work full-time, work as a running coach, and have an active social life. I’ve found ways to balance marathon training with a full life and I’d love to share! I’ve also raised over $35,000 for charity through various charity marathons and half marathons. If you’re looking for easy fundraising ideas without the cringe or just how to make your training schedule manageable, let’s connect!

What You’ll Find Here

Marathon training has a way of taking over your whole life! My job is to find helpful ways to make marathon training approachable so you can enjoy your life. Most of what you’ll find tackles the part runners struggle with most: raising the money for your charity spot and hitting your fundraising goal without it running your life. Around that, you’ll find practical help with marathon training tips, planning a destination race trip, and running style, all written for women fitting serious miles around a full schedule.
